Essentials oils and its benefits

 

Today I want to write a bit about the essentials oils that I have been using and their benefits. First of all, let's understand what is it and how to use them. 

Essential oils are a gift from the earth and can be obtained from plants, roots, kernel, flowers, seeds, and bark. The essence is distilled and becomes an oil. there are nearly one hundred types of oil and their benefits are many as well. Yet here I'm going to mention those that have worked very well for me are the following: clear breathing, reduce the appearance of skin imperfections and help you to sleep well. 

The easy way to use essential oils is adding them to a diffuser, it can also be just as or even more beneficial to use oils topically, but careful not to use it directly to your skin. Essentials oil has highly potent chemical compounds that may cause skin irritation, that's why it is recommended to be mixed with a carrier oil such a Coconut oil. 

The oils that can not be missed in my night table are the following:

Lavender helps me to reach my sleep and feel calm at the moment to go to bed. I rub two drops on my temples both sides and I rub on my hands as well and breathe deeply. I use it as well as when I have some skin irritations. 

Tea Tree I usually used on my hands and my hair. sometimes when I have a minor cut, burns, or scrapes because of its antibiotical effect. 

Meant I use it when I have a cold. I just rub a few drops on my chest and under my nose before bed. It will make you sleep well and help to decongest your chest.  

Coconut I use coconut oil for everything and also for cooking. Coconut oil has a lot of benefits for our health, it is rich and vitamin E and antioxidants and much more.
